Hyperfox has been awarded a grant of 281,000 EUR from VLAIO (Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Flanders) to further develop its intelligent agent for automating e-mail order processing.
This subsidy will fuel the ongoing advancement of Hyperfox’s generative AI technology, which is designed to streamline the handling of incoming e-mails, such as orders and status requests.
Hyperautomation for Backoffice Efficiency
By integrating existing generative AI, Hyperfox has already proven the capability to significantly reduce the repetitive workload of backoffice teams. Automating these processes not only frees up time for more proactive tasks but also helps customers save time and prevent errors during the order entry phase. This is a major step forward in making order management more efficient.
Next Steps in Development
With this grant, Hyperfox plans to focus on tailoring its proprietary large language models (LLMs) to address specific use cases, particularly for make-to-stock manufacturing companies and 3PL warehousing. This further development will drive even greater efficiency in hyperautomated order management. For a deeper look into this innovative solution, feel free to reach out.
